This page provides information and documents for the current AECs RFP as soon as they are available.

In each AECs RFP, UGI will procure Solar, PA Tier I, and PA Tier II AECs up to a specified quantity and for specified vintage periods. Under DSP V, eligible vintage periods for AECs procured in an RFP will be the current compliance year at the time of the RFP and the two preceding compliance years at the time of the RFP. A winning Bidder is paid their winning bid price per AEC of the applicable Tier type and vintage period. Only AECs certified by Pennsylvania as defined within the PJM Generation Attribute Tracking System ("PJM GATS") will be accepted. Solar AECs and Tier II AECs must adhere to updated regulations concerning geographic eligibility, which means these AECs must be generated in Pennsylvania to comply.
